How to Get Kids on Sleep Schedule with Warm Honey Vanilla Milk
When I was growing up, warm milk became a common drink. Whether I was sick or needed to get really (really) sleepy, it was something my parents and grandparents would serve to me. Now that I am a mom myself, I’ve found it works just as well on my boys.
I simply make this delicious warm honey vanilla milk and give it to my boys about a half hour before I know I want them to go to bed. Then they get nice and sleepy and I get my quiet time! It has truly helped get us back into a regular sleep schedule and give me a bit of my sanity back.
